When someone shows interest in your offering at the event, you can easily capture their details using our event app. Simply open the app on your phone and use the camera to scan the QR code on their attendee badge. Once scanned, their contact information will be stored in the app's history section on your device. You can view and manage all collected leads during and after the event, and when the event concludes, you can share these leads with your Customer Success Manager for follow-up and outreach.

Each company presentation is strictly 8 minutes long to maintain a fair schedule and audience engagement. At the 8-minute mark, the emcee will prompt you to deliver your closing statements. At 8:30, the emcee will transition to the next session.
